*SOLD OUT! For 2020 Thanks for your incredible support! :)

High end cycling shorts made in Thailand by Triple S who is a cyclist owned local and ethical apparel producer whose workers are paid proper wages meaning they can and are allowed to buy product produced by Triple S.

Why buy from big brands where the workers can't afford or are not allowed to purchase the product they actually make?

How can a worker have real pride in their work if they are not allowed to even buy or cant afford to?

Shorts are 45USD each with 20USD flat rate tracked shipping meaning if you order 10pairs of shorts it is still only 20USD shipping. If you have any questions about these shorts please email me durianriders@gmail.com :)

Wearing vegan labels in public means Ive met 1000's of people I would have not otherwise met. Why complain you can't find like minded crew IRL when you dress so covert? Lets change that today! :)

Ive been racing bikes for 22 years and doing overnight bikepacking trips since 1995. Ive worn all the brands out there and paid up to $300 for a pair of shorts. I have to say that the mark up on cycling clothing is INSANE and also very laughable. Ive own Rapha, Assos, Castelli, Santini, Specialized etc and the product has been good enough but often the price is an absolute joke.

Rather than sit back and be another critic with nothing better to offer I did my homework, put my money where my mouth is and brought the best product to market at a realistic price point so ALL cyclists can enjoy high quality apparel experience without having to pay 2 - 10x mark up.

These are EXACT shorts Ive been wearing every hill ride the last 3 years. I wear my shorts into the ground. I replace then when the back is transparent and my shorts look more like a mardi gras outfit than cycling shorts. The chamois is ample for 24 hour races or 2 week bike packing epics. In that situation I recommend riding one pair and washing another. This rotation leaves you feeling fresh and able. On tour I wash my knicks with a tap, then hang them securely on my bag or bars (in a position they can't end up in your spokes) and after a few hours riding they are dry and ready for storage.

I prefer shorts over bib knicks because shorts save grams and are more comfortable. Bibs are designed for obese riders who need a corset to hold the belly in. Nothing wrong with that but I don't have a gut so I don't need bib knicks. Pro cyclists wear bib knicks because they don't have a choice as sponsors dictate what is worn and when.

My shorts allow better cycling performance as their is no band of fabric pushing into your diaphragm so you can squeeze every bit of watts into your pedals vs have restricted breathing from wearing obesity support pants that you don't need. Even if you are obese my shorts will give you better breathing function. If you are super obese then Rapha make suitable size kit for you currently.

If you want to take a piss or a dump you need to strip or faff around stretching your bibs and spill urine all over yourself. With shorts you just find a private spot you wont get arrested in, pull down your shorts and give nature what it needs. No pulling off jerseys and having stuff fall out of your pockets and holding everyone up. Just fast and functional nature stop! Imagine if Tom Dumoulin was wearing shorts instead of knicks on that infamous 2017 Giro stage!

I wear a size S or M. My waist diameter is 14 inches. Im 6ft and about 165lbs

How to measure?

Get a ruler or tape measure and measure the leg and waist diameter on a flat surface of your fav fitting bike shorts you currently have.

S is 7 inch leg diameter x 12 inch waist diameter.

M is SOLD OUT SORRY

L is 8 inch leg diameter x 13 inch waist diameter.

XL is 9 inch leg diameter x 14 inch waist diameter.

XXL is telling you that you need to cut right back on the dietary fat/SSRI medications that are blowing you the fuck out.
